Oscar-Claude Monet was an Impressionist and Post-Impressionist artist (French: Oscar-Claude Monet, November 14, 1840 - December 5, 1926, 86 years old), a French painter, known as the "leader of Impressionism". He was one of the representative figures and founders of Impressionism, and his representative works include Sunrise Impression, Rouen Cathedral, Water Lilies, Haystacks, etc. The word "impression" is derived from his famous work "Sunrise Impression".
